This stew has chicken, pork, fire roasted tomatoes, corn, butter beans and is served over potatoes. We know you folks in Virginia also claim this stew as your own, but this version is inspired by our kinfolk in South Georgia. We’ll work on a Virginia version for all of us, in the future.
